Chemical
Resistant Panel Materials for LABORATORY Furniture
The materials specified for the manufacture of laboratory
furniture must be given careful consideration.
The function of an individual laboratory will to some extent
dictate the most suitable materials, and also the fabrication
of those materials. For example, the performance requirements
of an educational laboratory will differ significantly from
those of a microbiological or chemistry laboratory.
Ideally, materials used for laboratory furniture should be
extremely durable; scratch, chemical, stain, heat resistant,
and should be easy to clean and decontaminate.
Trespa Laboratory panels have been developed and tested to
meet different laboratory criteria.
